Farmers today use chemicals, fertilizers, herbicides, pesticides and many other substances to grow crops and produce. This harms the soil and strips many vital nutrients from our food.

This is one of the reasons many doctors are stating that a high quality multivitamin is a good thing to take on a daily basis. You might also want to look into omega-3 fish oil supplements, as those too have been proven extremely beneficial.

Being deficient in just one nutrient can have severe health impacts, not to mention that it can severely affect your performance and fitness if not taken care of. The good news is that it is easy to correct.
